About the performance
‘Da Capo’ is a chronicle of a circus family. A visual, cinematic depiction of a family history full of love, necessity, seeming coincidence and passion. From little Adolph who ran away with a circus in 1842 at the age of 15 to today, where the 7th generation after Adolph enters the arena of Circus Ronaldo. A story of 180 years of wonder.
Circus Ronaldo longs to tell that story. The history of her family, from the beginning to infinity. A universal story, recognizable to each of us, because everyone needs support and trust, connection, family.
