About the performance

Five young acrobats give their own contemporary twist to Antigone, the story of a young girl who refuses to remain silent. When King Creon forbids her from burying her brother, Antigone rises up in defiance. Through acrobatics, teeterboard, and a great deal of physical energy, 

Cul De Bas brings this classic tale into the present day. What do you do when rules feel unjust? When do you follow them, and when do you say no? A powerful circus performance about courage, resistance, and the need to use your own voice.
