Dolly & Kelly Late Night Revue
– A sexy party night with guts

Saturday night, we’re filling the Bruur Tent with bold, cheeky artists from Ghent and your sexiest dance moves.

We’ll kick things off with sizzling performances by Ding Dong Dolores, Bibi Lebon, Krietjur and De Neven Van Jan.

At 10 PM, DJ Krietjur takes over and keeps the party going until we simply can’t anymore. The later it gets, the hotter the beats and the stickier the dance floor.

22:00 – 23:45 DJ Krietjur (with the occasional extra surprise)

Sunday July 19th

Monday July 20th

Be Flat presents: Gentse Renegade
– A free stage full of circus, music and surprising talent –

(c) Jaco Wagner

Step into the very first Gentse Renegade, an open stage hosted by the acrobats and musicians of Be Flat.

An evening where anything can happen and everyone is welcome, on stage or in the audience.

Gentse Renegade is shaped by the audience, the local arts scene, circus makers, dancers, musicians, performers and curious passers-by. Expect a solid dose of acrobatics, groovy live music and spectacular acts, but also disarming beauty, absurd ideas and pure, joyful chaos.

And yes, there are prizes to be won. First and foremost, you’ll get a roaring round of applause, but we’ll also be handing out a few surprises along the way.

The urban and circus community will be there. Will you join us?

Tuesday 21 July

ACCORDEONEEL
Accordion, humour and sing-along songs –

Corneel Didier is a born comedian, dreamer and musician. You might know him from Circus Ronaldo or the Ghent-based Brikabrak, but this time he steps on stage as ACCORDEONEEL.

With a generous dose of self-irony, he brings sharp, witty lyrics and uplifting accordion and ukulele tunes about drinking, drugs, love and lust for life. Everything is tied together with charmingly eccentric spoken interludes and an almost excessive level of likeability.

Some people really have it all, and Corneel is one of them. Chances are high you’ll still be singing “leugens, allemaal leugens” weeks later; loudly, and at the most inconvenient moments. Influences from Jan De Smet or a young Urbanus are unmistakable, although there is without doubt only one true Accordeoneel. And perhaps that’s for the best.

Accessibility

  • The event takes place in a circus tent on level ground. The bar is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific questions about accessibility or require assistance on site, please feel free to contact us so we can discuss how best to accommodate your needs.
