We invite you to discover the results of Karlien De Savoye’s hard work during her residency. You will get a taste of the atmosphere during an informal presentation of the second research phase. Karlien is throwing some ideas together and exposing herself to the challenges.

About the performance

Karlien is a Ghent-based artist with a fresh approach in the performing arts scene and is working on a promising new solo performance titled “Lyubov.” It will be a seamless blend of dance, circus, and theater.

The actual creation will begin in January 2024, with the premiere scheduled in October 2024, during VITRINE PERPLX.

Accessibility

The performance takes place in the BOX, a theater hall within the building (De Expeditie). The location is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible toilet for people with disabilities. Assistance or service dogs are welcome.

Parking is available in the underground parking of the Dok Noord shopping center. The location is also accessible by bicycle or public transportation (bus 5 or 8 or tram 4, Heilig Kerst stop).
