About the performance

A mesmerizing duet between an acro-juggler and an automated lamp.

In “Just the Moon,” Raff Pringuet shares the stage with a moving head in a captivating exploration of human-machine collaboration. This unique performance fuses the art of juggling with cutting-edge technology, creating a visual spectacle where body, ball, and light orbit in perfect harmony.

Watch as juggling balls fly through the darkness like planets around a sun, only for the synergy to shift when the lamp seems to gain consciousness, asserting its presence and forcing the artist into the shadows. The result is a world where the robot-like lamp and the artist engage in a dynamic interplay of expression and movement.

Designed for a Black Box setting with a frontal audience, “Just the Moon” offers a 30 to 45 minute experience suitable for ages eight and up, but is especially captivating for adults.
