About the performance

In ‘Babusio’ we witness the evolution of August the clown and his journey of self-discovery.

Once a rebellious servant, always ready to outsmart his master, August now finds himself alone — his former master is gone. So he sets off into the wide world in search of a new one. Whether he truly wants to find that new master is another question. Yet, he parades with horns and fanfare all the same.
Babusio is a poetic performance that blends impressive circus techniques with a heartfelt tribute to the legacy of clowning.
