About the installation

The Vavafoon is a nostalgic installation that takes you on a personal adventure for a few minutes. For a brief moment, you forget the world around you. 

A tribute to Vava, officially Alfons Smets (6 October 1918 – 11 January 2015), an inventor who always worked with found materials.
